I'm Li Si Yang, the creator of "Journey to fitness LLC". I began my private training business in 2003 to help people rediscover the passion, meaning, and purpose in their lives through personal fitness.
My own journey began many years ago when I found myself simply setting for the body I had at the time. I was unhappy with my appearance as well as my lack of energy, but at first I lacked the motivation and the confidence to change.
It was during my own path toward fitness that I observed and experienced the typical obstacles which prevent most people from achieving their goals. When I created my own program, I designed methods to overcome some of these challenges.
